Anike Wilder
EFT Practitioner

Anike was raised to always do what she was told. She didn’t challenge her education, parents, the media, or the medical industry. It wasn’t until she became pregnant with her first that she began to have her eyes and heart opened to new ideas, techniques, and information regarding health and healing.

Working for holistic businesses, Anike gained a wealth of experience with natural modalities that were less invasive and harmful to the mind and body. She considers it one of her greatest achievements that both of her children were born without medications.

Anike is a natural childbirth advocate and enjoys mentoring and empowering other women to do the same. As her understanding and enthusiasm for this “crunchy” community grew, Anike decided to establish Avocado Moms, a natural-minded group that organizes annual summits and weekly meetups for like-minded moms. Despite all this, Anike struggled with post pardum depression for years. She tried many things to remedy it but was not successful. She was adamant about discovering the solution she was searching for. EFT (tapping) and neurofeedback were the most helpful therapy for Anike in her recovery, and she is now assisting other women and youth overcome depression, anxiety, fear and other issues.
