Yes, all information related to your session is considered confidential and will be kept private by our office.

We adhere to strict regulations and industry standards that ensure the privacy of our clientele. Exception may be required by law in regards to if a person is a danger to themselves, if a person is a threat to someone else, current or future crime concerning safety of others and/or abuse of a child, dependent or elder.

At our clinics, we understand the importance of privacy and protecting your PHI. We have stringent policies and procedures in place that ensure your information is kept secure, confidential, and only used for the purposes for which it was disclosed. We also use secure encryption technologies to protect your information from unauthorized access and take special precautions when sharing any PHI with third parties. Your client portal serves as a convenient and secure platform for all provider-client interactions.

All of our practitioners are required to be Board Certified within their area of expertise. We also require practitioners to be licensed to practice and to adhere to their scope of practice. Two years of experience in their field of expertise is preferred. Additionally some practitioners may have additional qualifications and experience. We pride ourselves in having the highest quality of personnel available to ensure our clients receive the most effective treatment possible.

All clinicians must complete a thorough background check as part of their employment and credentialing process. We also require that all practitioners adhere to a strict code of ethics, which is designed to protect both clients and practitioners alike. Our standards also include being personable and compassionate when delivering care, as well as adhering to all applicable laws, professional standards, and principles of confidentiality.

We use only equipment that is registered with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). All of our equipment is regularly inspected and calibrated to ensure proper functioning and safety. We take extra precautions to ensure the health and safety of our clients and adhere to all FDA regulations regarding medical equipment.

The products outlined from your wellness findings are regulated and inspected by: The Food and Drug Administration (FDA); and The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).

Depending on the program/sessions you choose, you may have access to multiple practitioners. During the initial consultation and program assessment we will discuss who will be involved and provide a way for you to meet them before proceeding. Our team consists of experienced professionals who want to help you reach your goals. We strive to provide quality care that is tailored to meet your specific needs and expectations.

Yes, family members are welcome to attend your consultation or program if you wish. We understand that it can be helpful to have a family member present for support. However, we do ask that all participants respect the privacy of other clients and refrain from discussing any confidential information shared during sessions with others. This also includes refraining from taking any photos or videos in the office. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Additionally, all clientele under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian present in their sessions.

Our team will work with you to find the best option available to meet your needs and goals. At Pelios Academy we focus on individualized care. No two clients will receive the same wellness plan. Because of that, pricing varies per need of the client. We have set pricing for the initial consultation listed above. During the consultation we discuss your personalized wellness plan and pricing based off our findings. Before scheduling a 10 week program or Immersive session we start with the Initial Consultation. Meeting with clients in person for their initial consultation is essential for many reasons. For one, it allows the clinician to get to know the client on a deeper level, understanding their emotional history and any underlying issues that might be affecting them. Additionally, meeting face-to-face can help both parties feel more comfortable and build trust — an important factor when undertaking any kind of therapeutic program such as immersive vocal mapping. Furthermore, by speaking with a clinician in person during the consultation, clients can gain greater insight into what they can expect from the program and have their questions answered directly before starting. This helps them feel confident and prepared for the upcoming session(s).

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so within 48 hours of the scheduled time. The best way to reschedule your appointment is to call or send a message through your client portal.

Yes. Once you book an initial consultation you will receive an email within 24 hours to setup your client portal. Within the portal you will see the three intake forms that must be completed for your session. Please complete these within 3 days of your appointment.
