Over the next several decades, multiple practitioners adopted this practice. One of the most prominent is Daniel Craig who coined “Emotional Freedom Technique.”

In short, EFT (Tapping) is a modern adaptation of traditional Chinese wisdom that uses gentle tapping to stimulate specific points on the face and body while focusing on a particular issue or concern. The tapping coupled with affirmations, designed specifically for you by your practitioner, have been shown to reduce if not eliminate stress in the body in regards to specific issues. In fact, 90% of people that try tapping have significant results.

2. How can EFT help me?

One of our favorites is about a woman, we’ll call her Jan, who was afraid to swim. In fact, she was afraid of water, even showering was quite the ordeal. She discovered EFT (Tapping) and was willing to try it but was very skeptical. Jan was convinced that this was just who she was and nothing will change it. After just one session, to her surprise, her fear of water as completely eliminated. She immediately darted out of the building to the near by pool. Jan was so excited she almost jumped in! She needed to learn to swim still since had this fear her entire life but after that day, you can find her swimming and showering with no problem at all. It is as if it never existed.

It can be that fast. I can also take several sessions depending on the severity of the situation. There could also be many different aspects that may all need individual and acute attention that one session couldn’t offer. Either way, the results are astounding.
